y'all look lost so did a deep research and tried some tricks so u guys don't have to
So basically u have 2 obvious options one can lead to more and they're separated to (physical solutions/ mental solution)
Physical solution :
1. Honey and water trick : this one on top and it really works I've been using it for 2 months (had some cut off days) and noticed the lighter layers around the iris are starting to appear and my sight is still good and actully this time I'm gonna get more serious and upgrade the challenge i will use distilled water and real natural raw honey (I'll look for it) and I'll go 50% honey and 50% distilled water rather than 30% honey and 70% water and I'll be using it twice a day (day/night)
2.eye changing color drops : some brands work and some don't and the thing is they might be dangerous so u have to be picky, the popular ones are ( crystal – icolour – fancy)
People don't talk much about crystal
Icolour got banned ( it works) some said that they used it for a year and the eyes turned from light brown to hazel now they trying the grey ones
Fancy is on trending but never heard people admitting it
My recommendation (icolour if it's not banned in ur country + don't use it everyday don't depend on them just do them as an addition + if u have brown eyes don't go for blue or stuff just get the Amber ones first )
3.going vegan/fully raw : this diet scientificlly 100% works and the reasons are
-when u start eating healthy and fresh ur body is gonna start cleaning it self and ur eyes will start reducing melanin as a reflection of how clean u are in the inside because you are what u eat and eyes never lie they will also get brighter.
– because when u go vegan ur body will probably be missing some proteins and in order to make it up for ur needs ur body naturally will start absorbing the melanin in ur eyes/hair , same when ur stomach start eating itself when u stop eating food for a period of time.
4. Food and drinks : the food that you have to focus on to get lighter eye color:
(spinach _ nuts _ carrots _ onions _ manuka honey _ citrus fruits_ sweet potato _ fish _ chestnuts_ mushrooms _ olive oil _ blueberry _ ginger _ beet roots _ bee pollen _ mango _ kafir_ cantaloupe)

1. Get the flash on expose it on ur eyes get as close as u can and seek the blue holes inside the iris .
2. Having a lighter line around the iris
3. If anyone from ur fam tree members has colored eyes then u most likely do but ur fake brown's hiding it .
