What is the best way to apply your foundation? What is YOUR favorite way to apply your foundation ? Is it a brush, with your fingers or you prefer the good old Beauty Blender sponge?

No matter what brush I use it leaves streaks. And I dont drag the foundation either. The BB I use it dry and it gives me a flawless finish. i would never use my fingers to apply.

fingers work when applying makeup on yourself always, but if you apply on someone else a brush is the best way, beauty blenders are not a very good option nowadays unless they are one use only …

How would you use a waterproof makeup, like dermatol? It is high pigmented and so high coverage, and has LSF30. I learned to use it in a way, and it makes for my opinion a great skin, if you do not overdo it. So I mostly spred it with my fingers and as I wish put a bit of daycream in it, or a more fluidy make up. Or – if I do not want to make a make up for the whole skin, I mix it with my concealer and spread it out from my eyearea. Very naturally. Bur maybe I can do better. Do you have any tips and tricks for me/us? Thanks a bunch!
Andrea, please provide some tips on how long foundations should last, do they have an expiry date? Eye shadows and mascara too please.
