Maybe it was a coincidence and aligned with my hormones changing, but my cystic acne went away when I started putting my face directly under the hot water from the shower, twice a day. As hot as I could handle. Before I knew it the acne was gone.
Every Day I shower and spend several minutes with hot water flowing over my face.

Yikes! That was HORRIBLE! I have seen more comedone extractions like this from India. Not sure why, unless that is a commonly acceptable technique.
Yes, this is an atrocious extraction. Everything is being done incorrectly, I’m surprised they’re even wearing gloves if this is how they are removing the blackheads, etc..

Scraping is painful, plus it can be so detrimental to skin help. They have no idea whether they’re introducing bacteria to skin that’s already compromised. I hope this person recovered quickly.

To be honest, I think some people just have certain skin types that are unavoidable from chronic breakouts & scarring no matter what method is used.
… There's also the complexity of other variables. These variations and/or causes could stem from genetics, diet, combination of bacterial and viral infections, blood type, low production rate of white blood cells from immune deficiencies (HIV/AIDS or hepatitis for example), exposure with environmental pollution and side effects of medications and/or chemicals, etc. Just radiative exposure for example causes such irreversible damage to the cells in our biological make-up.
…Do I think they can make it worse? Absolutely, but I think that's more to do with the complexity of the previous issues I stated above and how frequently they pick at it than the method itself.

I dont use mind this way because it hurts, i be watching alot black head removal with asian people, the part really gets my skin!!?? ? when they use sharp object to go in the pores , they circle and circle and then they poke in middle really fast!! Then they start bleeding! ( lord have mercy) also , they use that same needle point or sharp object and poke in the pores and then lift it up!!! Wtw!!??? it look like they fishing and caught a bait and putlling upward an then it pop lose then they go back in the pores and poke and pull upward! After they press it popped out! In a on another video of asian people, one lady, she know what she was doing, to kill time! What she do? She poke and smash down but dont mash all the way! She leave some in so pwrson can come back! I think most of the people who use this have no clue….. I see a famous doctor using only these and I just this that they make a mess. I think the people receiving this are told this is the best and quickest way to remove them. I think that I like Enilsa Brown's method using q-tip's. Only, they are not, the ones she uses are well made and if you watch her you can see a few others trying it, because of the soft mushy places are not good for using this kind of extractor. The people need to wear gloves and they have to know about the skin, which most don't. I just found Enilsa Brown way of extracting is amazing and she uses her knowledge and her hands to make sure they clean out each and every pore, she is very, very informative. But I love your accent as you describe everything. I think you could describe a scene in a horror show, and women would say tell us more! Maybe? Don't want you to get over confident, lol ? I think you are right, in case I didn't say that!
