I highly advise to double cleanse! After the makeup wipes, there is still some makeup left on your face, so always follow up with a cleanser before a mask, just some friendly advice. 🙂

I have had the EXACT same nerve connection thing my whole life! When anything comes near my right ear, I have a strong jolt/jerk/twitch in my right lower back/hip. It happens during hair cuts/styling/washing and when people whisper in my ear. I daydream about getting a pair of scissors and just snipping that nerve.

omg I can totally relate to the nerve thing! one time I was getting a facial and she used a needle to pop a black head (I'm not sure if that was it) but it was near my ear and as she did it I literally flopped like a fish on the table, it was so strange hahaha. it also connected to a nerve in my right hip
I totally have that nerve thing too! When someone whispers in my ear, my side twitches and makes me twist. It's like when you need to bend your neck or whatever, but in my side.

you need to use a separate proper spf product if you are only going to apply that small amount. sorry to break it to you. in order to achive the spf on the bottl you need to use a teaspoon.

ughhhhh arden i love you so much, and I seriously don't mean to be negative or hate on you at all. I just cannot understand how wasteful you can be with your purchases! I feel like you try to be so aware of the impact you make but somehow your purchases and the products you receive from sponsors are so wasteful and I feel like you never keep anything very long.
