you cant expect to get the great result if you you have your hair up in a bun for three day and its tangled. you need to wash your hair first, blow dry it and then you flat iron for the best result smh

most non professional ppl cannot get their hair salon silky because you can not use the same amount of pressure to glide down the hair shaft as if someone was behind you styling your hair. i have the paul mitchell ceramic iron and it works great on my clients
Its not the flat iron its the product. Chi is drying and doesn't give a good finish….use the Paul Mitchell super skinny and the straight works your hair will be flat but not heavy….hairdresser 15 years and used my Paul Mitchell flat iron for 5 years

Yeah you need to have clean hair when using this iron. Ive been using my paul mitchell flat iron for 7 years and it works just fine. You need to use paul mitchell products and not ion. You can not mix it up like that.
Okay i take it all back, paul mitchel did Not do right with my hair… New iron everyone should absolutely use is the babyliss pro, cheaper but works best on african american hair especially relaxed hair. Promise!
i got it for 74 dollars, is that weird at the jc penny hair salon, but i just got it and im going to go up one more setting and see wat happens. im tired of this.. good flat irons shouldn't be hard to get.

You don't even know what I section looks like LOL you cant do a review and not even know what your doing…did you use a comb as you were using the Smoothing Iron (Not express ion smooth) LMAO you need fix you splits ends maybe you should get a haircut your hair is horrible that's why your hair looks the same

Transitioning isn't hard I transitioned for 3 years didn't have any issues what so ever
I went to Paul Mitchell school and got my hair done. I feel if you are going to flat iron your hair you should wash it and condition it first. Blow it out then flat iron. My hair never looked and felt the way it did with any other flat iron. I'm natural and it worked wonders and lasted awhile.
I love this flat iron! I have course hair and stretch my relaxers for 6 months and use it on 280-300* with good results. I don't turn it up all the way b/c it's not good for your hair and I hate flat looking hair on myself.
I disagree with you on this first your iron is not turned all the way up you already have applied the heat protector on it….I'm a hair designer and I love this iron my guest do as well I do a lot of natural clients…they are pleased with the results this is just my opinion…next time add a little pressure towards the root and pull down you will see the difference
