I definitely think things have very much improved with temp, after a little issue or two in their earlier days , mind you that was in china. Best for safety reasons I think to stop and give yourself a proper rest, more for safety reasons. In an emergency ot an accident or emergency breaking a hot saucepan going all over.. could be dangerous. Let’s hope that never happened. Well done on your hard work in the van. A good bit of limping aboard as well. Blimey a long way up. Hehe. Is the bed a different bed to the one we see in your bedroom.? I think the chocolate satchel may have given the bitter taste.

Wow I'm flying back from Turkey in about 4 hours we leave the hotel. Been I Side for 2 weeks. Weather is great.26 to 32c. Met some locals in the hair dressers next to the hotel. They have been very kind, helpful and a pleasure ti bein the company of. They have friends everywhere. Turkish bath / hamman is a must. It also helps the tanning process I've been told. Had several massages here too. The temp won't drop. For the next few months they told me it wold be 30c,40c or 50c. Cooling down in September. Enjoy your holiday
I think you were right when you said a thinner layer of cream would work for the ice cream. I've seen YouTube shorts with people using similar things and the best way I can describe it is pancakes. A thinner crepe type thickness makes it easier to work than a thicker breakfast pancake amount of mix. That said, looked really nice and so quick to make.
Turkey is having good weather at the minute. You may find its like it when you go. Sometimes need a light cardigan jacket just for the night time. But again could still be warm on a night time and you won't need them. Xx
Hi Mazzy, when using the snow foamer, you can adjust the nozzle so the foam flows better. Also you want to wet the van up first before using so it spreads better. X
